Dear Rising 6th Grade Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to invite your child to our upcoming campus visit for prospective 6th-grade students. This visit will provide an excellent opportunity for students to explore our diverse and enriching school programs.

Event Details:

• Date: March 24, 2025

• Time: (Trip Elementary) 9:30 am & (Grayson Elementary) 10:20 am

• Location: 821 Cooper Rd Grayson, GA 30017

During the visit, students will have the chance to experience a variety of programs that we offer, including:

• Band: Discover the joy of music and learn about our band program.

• Orchestra: Experience the beauty of orchestral music and meet our talented musicians.

• Chorus: Join in the harmony and fun of our chorus group.

• Dance: Enjoy the rhythm and movement in our dance program.

At our middle school, students have the opportunity to engage in a variety of Connection classes designed to expand their skills, creativity, and interests beyond core academic subjects. These courses provide hands-on learning experiences that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world application. Whether students are developing their artistic talents, exploring new languages, strengthening leadership skills, or diving into technology and business concepts, our Connection classes offer something for everyone.

These diverse courses help students discover new passions, build essential life skills, and create a well-rounded educational experience. We encourage parents and students to explore these offerings and take advantage of the enriching opportunities available. Each class is designed to promote growth, creativity, and collaboration, preparing students for success both academically and personally.

Rising 6th Grade Connections Open House

Families of Rising 6^th Graders at Trip ES and Grayson ES are welcome to attend the Bay Creek MS Connections Open House
on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, 5:30-6:45pm. Doors open at 5:30pm.  Explore Connections classes to help decide which
courses students prefer for the 2025-2026 school year.

The Connections Request Form opens on March 27, 2025.

• Band: Discover the joy of music and learn about our band program.

• Engineering: Explore our hands-on engineering projects and activities.

• Orchestra: Experience the beauty of orchestral music and meet our talented musicians.

• Junior Leadership: Learn about leadership skills and community involvement through our Junior Leadership program.

• Art: Unleash creativity in our vibrant art classes.

• Chorus: Join in the harmony and fun of our chorus group.

• Computer: Dive into technology and coding in our computer classes.

• Spanish: Immerse in the Spanish language and culture through our engaging Spanish courses.
