Final Exams = 10% of the overall student's grade in the course
All students will begin preparing for the end-of-term exams when we return from Thanksgiving Break. As a reminder, Final Exams count as ten percent of your child’s final semester grade. Students can not take the final exam early. Students who miss their final exam will have a ‘0’ entered until they make up their assessment in January.
- No early finals will be permitted.
- Save the dates: December 18: Academics 1 and 2, December 19: Academics 3 and 4
- In addition, there are promotion criteria for each semester and grade level; please use the link here to view the information.
- It is ideal for students not to be interrupted during testing by others being checked in and out.
We strongly encourage you to review your student’s progress by regularly checking grades and assignments on ParentVue. If you do not currently have a ParentVue account, contact the school to have one created. Want to learn more about ParentVue and the direct line it provides parents to the classroom? Use this link here. Finally, please take a moment to review the middle school promotion requirements at this link: here.
We hope this information is helpful. Contact Mr. Jeff Harrison, Assessment Coordinator, if you have questions or need to schedule a Final Exam Makeup appointment.
