Orientation Agreement Forms

Orientation Agreements will be sent to parents in ParentSquare on July 21, 2026. Click on the links below to view important information about each section of the GCPS Handbook for programs, procedures, and policies for Middle and High School students and families.  The district form includes information for:  

• Free and Reduced Lunch Application: The free/reduced application must be completed each school year if assistance with meals,

• Attendance Protocol: GCPS Handbook Information for Students & Families
• Extracurricular Activities: GCPS Handbook Information for Students & Families
• Media Release Opt-Out: GCPS Handbook Information for Students & Families
• Parent AKS Overview: Overview of Academic Knowledge and Skills for your student.
• My Payments Plus: My Payments Plus is the resource for student meal accounts and to review and pay for school activities.
