Orientation Agreement Forms

District forms will be shared with families on Monday, July 21, 2025, when MyPaymentsPlus is available for the 2025-2026 school year. • Free and Reduced Lunch Application: The free/reduced application must be completed each school year if assistance with meals,

• Parent AKS Overview: Overview of Academic Knowledge and Skills for your student.
• My Payments Plus: My Payments Plus is the resource for student meal accounts and to review and pay for school activities.
